These easy to make popsicles are both preventative AND restorative.  The coconut water will replenish electrolytes, hydrate & restore valuable minerals.  The elderberry syrup contains readily available Vitamin C, both to prevent colds & flus and to address them once they’re happening.  When my daughter is sick, often homemade popsicles are the only thing she’ll eat or drink, so packing in the nutrients is the key to her healing.

Ingredients:

8 oz Fresh coconut water – we use THIS one

2 TBSP Elderberry Syrup – we use THIS one

How To Prepare:

Mix together coconut water & elderberry syrup

Pour into DIY popsicle maker – I love THIS one  because it only takes 9 minutes to make a fresh batch of popsicles.

Wait until fully frozen.  Remove & serve promptly.
